The following terms of service shall apply to all users of Enrollsmart and any of our developed products and services:
We reserve the right to add, delete, cancel and modify various policies and procedures as necessary. All accounts can be terminated at any time for any reason.
No warranties or guarantees are offered for use of the Enrollsmart website or any of its products or services. Advertising revenue is a central component of making the Enrollsmart service available at low cost and we reserve the right to place advertising on our forms, web service and data feeds. Such advertising will be tasteful and family friendly. Enrollsmart facilitates the sharing of photos, videos and likenesses across its online network and through its sharing interfaces with other online networks and this is an inherent part of using our service.

We respect the privacy of our Account holders and the privacy of their client data. All user information contained within the forms you may use or build on Enrollsmart are governed by our Terms of Service. Although Enrollsmart owns the data storage, databases and Enrollsmart, you retain all rights to your data.
What We Collect
We collect the e-mail addresses and certain personally identifiable information of those who communicate with us via e-mail or register with us to open an “Account”. We also collect certain aggregate information regarding which pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by the users (such as any surveys Enrollsmart might conduct and/or site registrations).
When you register on the Enrollsmart we ask for the following information: your name, email address, billing address and credit card information. When you submit information, you are transferring such information into the United States and you here by consent to such transfer.
Enrollsmart may also collect and analyze from visitors and users certain information regarding the use of Enrollsmart and services available therein. Information collected may include but is not limited to web site traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser and operating system, etc.
Use of Information
The information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
if it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law; or
Users of our site explicitly agree that Enrollsmart is not responsible for background checks or quality ratings for the people and/or organizations using this site.
Enrollsmart complies with the U.S.-EU and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Enrollsmart has implemented processes intended to protect user information and maintain security of data. Each Account holder is assigned a unique user name and password, which is required to access their Account. It is each user’s responsibility to protect the security of his or her login information. We have attempted to protect the Enrollsmart's servers by locating them in areas with security procedures, using of firewalls and implementing other generally available security technologies.
These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data. We use encryption and other security protocals to protect our users' data as much as possible.
Cancellation or Termination of the Account
If you choose to cancel your Account and leave the Enrollsmart Service or your Account is terminated because of your breach of the Terms of Service, please be aware that Enrollsmart may for a time retain residual information in our backup and/or archival copies of our database. We will make reasonable commercial efforts to delete your information as soon as reasonably practical.
Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
As a business service, Enrollsmartdoes not target its offerings toward, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 years of age.
Accessing and Updating Personal Information
When you use the Enrollsmart, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may update your Account information by logging into your Account. When requests come to Enrollsmart with regard to personal information, we ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.
Changes to this Policy
Enrollsmart may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by posting a prominent notice on Enrollsmart and possibly sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Account. We do not intend to reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the bottom of the page by its effective date.
Navigational Information Collected by Our Customers
Our customers can use the tools we provide, as well as tools provided by third parties, to collect Navigational Information when you visit their webpages on the Subscription Service. HubSpot does not control our customers' use of these tools, nor do we control the information they collect or how they use it.
You can log in to our site using a Single Sign-on (SSO) service like your Google account. This service will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Such services may give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to us and to our customers and, among other things, prohibits use of the Subscription Service to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable laws, and requires the inclusion in every email sent using the Subscription Service of an "opt-out" mechanism and other required information. We require all of our customers to agree to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy at all times, and any violations of the Acceptable Use Policy by a customer can result in immediate suspension or termination of the Subscription Service.

You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of our e-mails, updating your communication preferences, or by sending us email us at email@example.com. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or the Subscription Service.
